Wonderful agent that cares for his customers and doing right!

I was looking for an agent for our rental property.  I called several different companies for quotes.  When I contacted Bob Scofield, he didn't just want to give me a quote and call it a day.  He asked if he could come by and take a look at the property to make sure we were capturing everything we needed to in order to insure it correctly.  He was at my door in 10 minutes!  We did a walk through of the property and were able to work together to make sure we had appropriate coverage outlined in our policy.  

I highly recommend Bob as an agent and StateFarm as a company.  Very impressed with their customer service.

As a former insurance producer I have met many insurance agents. By far Bob and his staff are the most knowledgeable insurance agents I have done business with. Bob and his staff know what it takes to keep their customers informed and properly insured. He doesn't just write policies to write them, but to make sure he creates a lasting trusted relationship with his clients. Will continue to be a loyal customer and send all my friends and family his way.

I've been with Bob Scofield for several years now and he has always met all my insurance needs . Recently i purchased a restaurant and had no idea what i needed for insurance . Met with Bob and with in minutes he knew all that was required by law that i needed , also setting up my unemployment insurance . This is the best insurance team that I have ever conducted business with and the process was streamlined and made as simple as possible. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and explained, in detail, every portion that I had questions about. Bob, Kelly and Nicole are very friendly, welcoming and professional. I highly recommend this agent and his staff for everyone needing not only insurance but also information regarding insurance needed.
