waites for 20 mins for someone to come out of the rest room i had to leave so theres no telling how long they took. but lost more than one sale. need to have 2 people to make sure you dont lose customers.

Everything here is delicious! The menu is set up so you can easily find what you're looking for. Carmen was working when I went in and she was so nice and helpful! They make some of their smoothies with Magic Milk and Whey Protien Powder and they're to die for.

The also sell protein bars and mixes

I was never really a protein shake person, but City Blends has made me into one! Half the glory of the place is the staff: especially the woman is the sweetest person in the whole world. All the staff is extremely capable and competent. And I'm almost positive that the "Get Your Peanuts Here" shake is the most beautiful creation on the planet: it's so refreshing and delicious that I could eat (drink?) it for every meal. Thank you, thank you, thank you for being a place that I want to visit again and again.

Pretty decent, but not what I was expecting. Not really smoothies per se, would much rather have Jamba juice with more fruit flavors. If you're looking for something for your exercise goals, this is your place, but not really the place you go for a fruity snack.
