Today September 4, 2017 within the hour of 1pm I ordered my ultimate club sandwich and a smoothie like usual as I am a frequent customer to this location. After today i will no longer be going here based on what i experienced. To start off the girl taking my order sounded like she was in bad mood. Second, after I left and got my order and parked to eat, I opened my bag and noticed my sandwich was half rapped and still open from two sides and it wasn't cut in half like usual which is not big deal. But once I bit into my sandwich I was very upset as it was very dry! The girl had put NO dressing on the buns or wherever they put it. The sandwich was not toasted so therefore the bacon in my ultimate club was not fully cooked and tasted horrible and made the whole sandwich unpleasant! I was so upset I called the location and asked to speak to the manager so that I can notify her of what was going on and she just said "okay, I'll write it down on the book" I feel there needs to be more done here to avoid anyone else eating raw food "BACON"! Very disappointed in Tropical Smoothie. Payed $11 dollars for my sandwich and smoothie for me not to finish and enjoy it.

Always have a good experience here! The staff is always friendly and quick! I will drive out of my way just to come to this one.

Great menu, really tasty food items. Service is pretty bad though. They have yet to get an order right and the staff is always distracted. Good food keeps me coming back, however, so they have that going for them

Rude staff. I’m a regular at other tropical smoothies and know how the smoothie should taste. I always get Splenda instead of normal sugar. At this location I asked for Splenda and got no sweetener in my smoothie as the boy behind the counter tried to argue with me over it. Then proceeded to make my smoothie over without apologizing and having another employee hand me my second smoothie. Will not be returning to this location ever again.

I went through the drive through and the staff was very friendly, but the smoothie tasted like dirty water. I got the Blueberry Bliss smoothie and it was hands down the nastiest smoothie I've ever tasted. The wait time was outrageous. I was the only person in the drive through and it took 15 minutes to get my smoothie. I probably won't be going back. I don't reccomend the smoothies here.
