We just bought a home and when we finally received the keys and saw the true condition of the carpet we were horrified. We had to be out of our old house in two weeks and had to start moving in immediately, Needless to say, I had a carpet emergency... A friend recommended City Carpets and I called at 7:30 the next morning and was lucky enough to have the owner, I think his name was Larry? answer the phone. I explained my emergency and he set up an appointment at 9:30 and by 10am we had our carpet ordered and the installer, Wes, began the installation that evening. I had new carpets in two days! I couldn't believe the outstanding service and caring they showed us. I will always recommend City Carpets to my friends, family and clients in the future. Thank you
