Love the place. Clean, safe, great price, I can make the TV work without having an advanced engineering degree!! and it has one business channel that I find almost no other place. I highly recommend this little gem of a place. I stay there every time I travel to Medford. You should, too.

The internet is wonky here it goes off then on again trying to use it to finish up some work stuff ...They say complementary breakfast its a juice machine and cereal and packaged pastries ...rooms are spendy for neighbor hood that has alot of robberies and beakins ...i saw bunch of roaches in my room/ my friend says she had some to when she stayed there.  But the rooms are quant  but managers are super sweet ,kind of spendy in general for a room totally updated thou ..close to everthing downtown

Very nice people,nice clean rooms ,our only negative thing is the tv needs to be higher,great stay and we will go back in 2 weeks

Efforts have been made to update and improve this property but it is very old and doors and baseboards are thick with multiple coats of paint. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean but we stayed in a much nicer hotel in the Portland area for the same price. I was thankful they had laminate flooring, that is always cleaner than carpet. Front desk staff were nice.
