Fantastic service. John was extremely helpful and walked me through my decision process while not being too pushy. Would definitely shop here again, they have a huge showroom with way too many (affordable) options to choose from. You really can’t beat it.

I went there several weeks ago looking for some furniture for my son's room and a couch that I need, unfortunately I did not see anything that caught my interest and my son did not see any bedroom set that he liked. Now this is very rare because the times that I've been there there has always been one or two pieces of furniture that I really liked. The prices are okay and the quality of the furniture varies based on brand. One thing that made her some comfortable was when we got to the store salesperson asked if they could help us and we thanked her and told her it was just looking if we have any questions we'll look for you, the salesperson follow us the whole time that we were at the store for over 30 minutes, she did keep her distance but still made us uncomfortable. That may have been one of the reasons that I did not see anything that we liked because we had the salesperson on top of us. Now this has not happened in the past,

Though the rep was very nice, the ultimate push is for up-sale on protection from damage such as cuts or staining. I understand that the rep was doing what was asked of him. Then delivery time comes and you get a box of pieces; mine had 4 legs, and 4 headrests, not complicated, just a surprise. When you look at an item on a sales floor, that is what I wanted, not pieces. I could have bought something online cheaper, and knowing I would have to assemble. There was no option given at point of sale or delivery to have them put it together, or that may have been yet another up-sell...

We just had another good shopping experience today at City Furniture in Fort Myers. Our sales associate was Henry Camacho. This is the second time in 2 weeks  he helped us find just what we needed. He was fun to work with, but maintained a professional and respectful manner..... he was knowledgeable, pleasant and never pushy. Thanks Henry.....we appreciate the great service! Pat & Don Warren
