The Housing Authority manages 700 apartments at 6 sites throughout the City of Passaic. It also administers a rental assistance program for 1,500 families that reside in private apartments.
The mission of the Housing Authority of the City of Passaic is to provide decent, safe, and sanitary housing and the highest level of customer service to families and individuals in a manner, which maintains the public trust.
