Customer service training is a must for all employees including the Bergen County officer who was condescending to all. There are clear opportunities for operational efficiencies that could make both customer and employees much happier! MVC should consider giving customers the opportunity to save their spot online before coming in so that you can manage crowd flow best. Have customers digitally check in upon arrival (with assistants to help those who aren’t digitally savvy). Incentivize employees who minimize wait time. And please provide post visit surveys to continually improve!

Rudest security rent a guard there. Won’t let you fill out a form on line, or wait in line with your spouse while they are in line. This will be the last time I come here, I prefer the Oakland DMV where people actually have manners. Not that this review will change anything since government agencies could care less about customer service. They are simply there because of who they know and voted for.

The people here have been so nice to me and defended me when a lady decided to tell me that being pregnant was a disease when a group of people allowed me to go ahead of them because i was pregnant I was really big and pregnant with my twins. The staff here were awesome and very helpful !!! sorry if anyone else experienced anything less.

Got my license replaced in 5-10 minutes. Line here is usually much better and moved faster than at Wayne DMV. Best DMV I have been to and worth going out of my way to get to.

The nj dmv is very clean and efficient. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
