City Lock is EXCELLENT!.  I went to Lowe's and Home Depot to get some very old keys duplicated.  Lowe's and Home Depot's duplicates didn't work.  I went to City Lock and the duplicates work better than the original.  I will never go anywhere else from now on.  I am in Real Estate and have to have keys made all the time.

If I could give them no star I would, I called last week to set up an appt to change our locks, they gave me the window 8-9am, it is now 3 hours later, no one has showed up and after 3 calls they didn't care.  Fine with me, you don't want my business, I'll hand over my money to someone who does.  By the way they treat their customers I don't want these people anywhere near the locks in my house.
