Greg was very helpful dealing with a mailbox key that had been broken laterally instead off a clean snap.  He gave me a couple of estimates depending on scenario and walked me through the process.  He was accessible after hours via email which I didn't expect.

Greg and his staff at Kenny's Lock are responsive and reliable and they do OUTSTANDING work. As a company, they're also very generous and committed to the community. On many occasions, they've donated professional services to our charity, My Brother's Keeper, so we can serve more local families in need. Simply put, GREAT people who do GREAT work. i had an amazing experience from the minute I placed the call for service, to the time of final installation. Extremely professional, knowledgable, (I am the homeowner of a historic home with lots of quirks) courteous and friendly. They were very accommodating to my schedule and not once complained to change a date. They are on my permanent contact  list should I need there services in the future. 
I highly recommend them!!!

Nik came precisely as scheduled and installed 3 locks ($150). In sum, they are very reliable, very professional and also very moderately priced. No wonder they have a 4.9 average review. Will definitely use them again.
