I love taking a picnic to the park to sit in their beautiful grass! They also have many picnic tables, playgrounds, ponds, and river access points. The bathrooms are usually tidy and there are enough trees around to switch to shade when the sun becomes too much to handle. Thanks for keeping such amazing parks!

Had a blast at the white water festival. Bought a new book from amazon called Siege at Hawthorn Lake and read it there since it was based on that area. Awesome book. Awesome area!

Went here for Blossom Festival. The price they charged for parking was highway robbery. 10.00 dollars to park. Oh no I will walk ... Thank you!!
