Just want to leave a review for any prior Service wanting to get back in. This recruiting stationed lied to me about the process and probably didn't even know how it actually worked. You'll stay in a reception battalion and you'll be treated just like a private in basic training, you'll have no say as to what you do, you won't know anything about the status of your paperwork until there ready to tell you about it. The recruiter will tell you that you will be in reception for about a week and then you'll get to go home but If your a single soldier you might be done with the process in about 3 weeks, but if your married with a family it could take you 2 months plus, and you don't go home you go straight to your duty station. The recruiter will tell you you won't even miss a pay check, well that's wrong it can take 21-45 days for any type of payment. If I was told the truth about the process I would of never done it. If the army is your life then you wouldn't of gotten out to begin with and if your a person just getting back in because it's easier then finding a civilian job well I suggest you keep on looking.
