from a visitor standpoint , my second day visiting El Paso, a City police officer gave me two citations one for the bicycle rack. the other, stopping too far into the crosswalk. as you can see the crosswalks and street lines haven't seen paint in 50 years ! as a visitor I will never return to El Paso !
Clean facility, Excellent service. I was able to see the Inspection division for a permit, the zoning office and a land development representative, all in an hour. The land development rep was super helpful, he went above and beyond to answer my questions about why the curb outside my house was a 4" roll instead of an apron and even printed me out the construction plans of my neighborhood to show me where my curb was specified in the neighborhood design for proper drainage. The security officer was also very helpful and friendly. I cannot say enough good things about this office. 5 stars!
