Having arrived for my appointment, after a short wait I was greeted by an IRS Agent, named Erica Madrid, who exceeded my hopes and expectations. Absolutely great customer service and very friendly. Thank you all for the hard work that you do and for being patient to help me in resolving all my concerns and matters.

They suck!! They were.t able to help me in any of my taxes and that lady I think her last name was madrid' (she.s into the army things i guess cuz she had a picture in uniform) she was all rude af!! ... I guess she must be mad about something going on her personal life...but omg that.s not our fault...she should just stick up to her job...ultimately she chose it..

I agree, they will not answer basic questions, you must make an appointment for a more personalized approach. However, they are professional, and will attempt to assist you even if it's out of their scope.

The staff is so conditioned to say-"make an appointment" that they are not willing to listen to a very simple question, or take a payment for that matter! When their waiting room is empty, I do not believe they cannot take a couple minutes to at least listen to someone and determine whether they can help or not.

it's an inconvenience and the lines are long too . .but the lady was nice quick and solved my problem now I have to wait 9 weeks for my refund
