I went to pay a parking ticket in Person! What a big mistake that was, the office is small and dirty. Packed with people. It has 0 ventilation. It was gross. After waiting 20 minutes I left and paid online. At $60 bucks for a parking ticket you would think the city can afford a nicer office and more professional employees.

Had to call to get a meter outside a new apartment reserved for a move. My landlord gave their number to call and detailed instructions on what I'd need to do and about the meters. I called and got a rude woman on the phone who just kind of sneered that my landlord was wrong and I need to go to their office and fill out a form with the size of the moving truck. That makes no sense and my landlord's moved in dozens of units so there's no reason they'd give me detailed info that's just outright wrong like that....for movers. The jerk on the phone hung up on me before I could ask anything and just ended with saying to come in "here" but never said where here was.

1) Really shady and unethical of the Pasadena Parking department to not put signs on the streets that there you need a permit to park overnight. They say there are signs(probably somewhere hidden in the bushes) when you enter the city of Pasadena advising about the need of a permit to park overnight. Not cool Pasadena.

YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE FIX IT. I tried to pay my ticket TWICE and your online server could not recognize my card WHEN I HAD MORE THAN ENOUGH MONEY TO PAY YOUR TICKET. I called your customer service to get help AND I GOT LINKED TO AN IDIOT WHO WOULD NOT STOP EATING WHILE I WAS TRYING TO TALK TO HER. ENJOY the extra penalty I HAD TO PAY, maybe you can train your representatives better.

TOTAL FRAUD!!! Got a ticket for allegedly parking over two hours in a two hour parking area. TOTAL LIE, was NOT parked even close to two hours. I have electronic proof, doctor appointment list/sign in and two witness to this Pasadena Parking Scam. The 3 different employees I talked with denied and ignored all the FACTS; along with the ass-clown who turned a blind eye via their website. Pasadena Parking is Corrupt Organized Crime with Coverups. We need a law firm to press a class action lawsuit against these foul evil greedy unlawful assholes!!!
