Please explain to us as taxpayers why you light OUR new facility at night to look like a palace showcase. I dont see any use of conservation regardless of what type of bulbs you are using.Every part of the building is lit including inner parts while IT IS CLOSED. This is grossly more than would be needed for even basic security lighting

This is a prime example of the arrogance and wastefulness of government. 

Citizens told to conserve.. while government doesnt.

Horrible business practices.  Automated system works half the time, employees can't tell you why.

Horrible automated phone system... took 44 minutes to talk to an outsourced customer service department in Nebraska, who told me I could go down to the local office and ask in person. They were unable to connect me with anyone in the local office. 😑

Not that you would expect anything else, but this place is the usual cess pool of miss management. Completely incapable of correct billing or providing staff the ability to correct.

Everything is always another department until you give up.
