It's really sad to grow up in a City  thanks Santa Rosa that you actually love  because you grew up here in wine country but one day you get a citation right after the fires and The City expects you to be able to pay a $350 citation before 90 days!!
 As of everyone in Santa Rosa has the money to pay  that kind of money after being off work for almost a month I tried contacting them the first time they give me the wrong information finally I was able to reply to turbo data systems  Who is in charge of the citations for the cities around the country I believe and before the citation went delinquent I tried to make a payment via phone but the line cut off right before I was able to make the complete payment but when I checked my wife's account it showed the turbo Data Systems was holding on  The $300 so we didn't wanna pay twice so we waited and decided to call the city the following business day but they said that We had to figure it out with turbo data and when I contacted turbo data they said that the city declined to charge me the $300 because now they wanted to bump it up to  $500 which is ridiculous ways to treat the people and the citizens of Santa Rosa who have worked there for many many years and pay their taxes so I want to want to say one thing and I hope the city Council suspension to this because we pay for this people to work there and I can see if I was doing something wrong but all I've been trying to do is pay the citation and they simply made it impossible for me to do it the right way because in the first instance they gave me the wrong information and when it was due I had no choice than to pay it and even when I try to pay it turbo data systems  fail to complete the transaction and made a very complicated and confusing for me to be able to pay the initial amount so now I'm stuck paying $500 for a $350 citation.
It brings me to the next question is this how the people in the city of Santa Rosa think of us the citizens of Santa Rosa as we pay your healthy wages when we actually expect you to take care of us we really don't spec to rip us off thank you I don't speak that from an agency as such as one like you guys.

I called in today to take care of a simple credit card change for my parking permit. The representative that took care of my call was named Grey. She was anything but gray; she was shining like a sun. Grey, thank you for doing such a fabulous job with an exemplary attitude! It's people like you that give us hope in the world.
