$8.00 to park, and when they close up, you have to scramble to find an exit they allow you to use, and hope it's not a mile from where you parked. Most of the exits are locked. More than once, I've had to walk around half of the plaza to get to my car - in the dark, cold, and last night, the pouring rain.. Never again- shopping should be fun, not exhausting and the parking $$$! Seriously ? I'll go to the real City next time at those rates. Thumbs way down🤥😣😖😠😭😵

I have never been so disappointed in a shopping mall. The variety of stores is not all that terrific and the stores that they do have when you try to go return something with the receipt showing you paid cash they will not give you a cash refund instead they'll give you a store credit or a card from their store and management has a real issue and is very unprofessional. And then to add insult to injury you have to pay to park so you're paying to have the privilege to go through their mall and shop at their stores I will never go back there I was disappointed in the quality of the stores, the management and overall having to pay to park and to spend money in there at their facility. Something is seriously wrong with this picture.

Many stores to choose from and their food court has a lot of restaurants also. The mall is crowded any time you go, holiday season or not. The parking used to be free (forever!), then they changed it so the first 90 minutes were free and you were charged after that... Now they charge you $1 as soon as you get through the gate. Isn't it enough that we're spending our money there? There's that little cherry on top. (You can get your parking validated if you spend more than $250!)

I visited the Santa Rosa Plaza mall 10-30-17 and parked in the garage located behind the Sears store. The parking kiosks were both out of order and there was a sign noting this taped to the kiosks. However, these signs say nothing about where else I could go pay, I went in and talked to a Sears employee who was clueless. I talked to another employee, also clueless. I tried calling the mall but there was no one to speak with as it diverted my call to a message service. I left a message saying I was basically stuck in the garage and would be complaining about this soon. I spent about 40 minutes trying to figure out how to get out of the garage, I even tried calling a few more times until my phone died. I then decided to just try to leave, luckily by this time there was an attendant at one of the exits helping people leave, but apparently not because of the kiosk trouble. Thankfully she let me leave, but this is not to say that there isn't still a problem. When I visit the mall I usually park at Sears because its the only store I shop at there and I never go into the main part of the mall. The attendant told me there is a kiosk there, but I would have never known as I never go into that part of the mall. At the very least your out-of-order signs should direct patrons where to go to pay for there parking, I was just one of many people who were very confused about this. In my 40 minutes there I saw countless people attempt to pay only to find they couldn't, so they stood there trying to figure out what to do. These kiosks should also have a phone number to call in the case that there is something wrong with them, but there is nothing, not a single number or bit of information on what you can do if its not working.... A map near the kiosks showing where all other kiosks are in the mall would also be wise. This is unacceptable and I will likely not be shopping at this mall anymore, this is not the first time I have had issues like this there. This issue has continued to happen since also. There were long lines for the only kiosk that was working which I saw posted online by friends and the elevators were also out of service.
