Worst customer service experience I have ever had.  No one has answers and supervisors never call back.  There is a serious lack of accountability at this "business".  Would be obsolete if people didn't NEED this particular utility (trash/recycling).
This review was originally 1 star, but Derrick Owens-supervisor came to my home after I called him once!  Thanks Derrick glad to see that someone is doing an outstanding job.  City of Winston recycling..you need him.
