The staff and students are super friendly! They really make you feel welcomed and at home. They are great at services, whether is it hair related or if its facial, or waxing. Their esti class is amazing as well,  great facials!

I have come here for years and had a great experience until now.  I had gone and spent almost $100 to  get a new color and gel nails.  After 5 hours my hair was orange was suppose to be a chestnut and a lot shorter than I wanted and my gel nails gel off the next day. Tried to get another date but she was busy or I had to work.  When I got in there on time Juju was 30 minutes late and told me I would have pay full price.  I just got up and walked out.  I have never been so disappointed and she was still trying to sell me a product while I was leaving.  And yes the trainer had been there and told me to come back and they would make it right.

My experience? Not at all what others are saying. I've been here 5 maybe 6 times. One good trip, I had Beverly. She did exactly what I wanted with my hair, and even curled it after. Any other time? I've had 3 girls do my hair, and each and every time, they don't do what I asked. I went in for a *trim* one day, and asked for about an inch off, including layers. Stephanie then proceeded to take 2-3 inches off of my hair, both times I went in with her. My most recent visit, knowing that they wouldn't do what I would ask, i told them I wanted about a half of an inch off. Now my hairs already short, so what Lupa did made me beyond pissed off. My hair was to the area between my shoulders and my back. Now my hair is not even to my shoulders, thanks to Lupa. I do not recommend  coming here for hair. Now, nails? I couldn't tell you, since I go elsewhere for my nails. This place is by far the most troubled place I've been too.
