Citi-Suburban offers excellent service! I hadn't used them before & it was essential that I reach my destination - 30 miles away during Monday morning rush hour. After reading some online reviews, I was quite concerned. I'm sure that did not make me easy to deal with since it meant that I called twice in the hour before they were scheduled to pick me up, however the dispatcher was courteous & gave me the full scope of info as to the driver's whereabouts on both occasions. The driver himself (I had Seth) was skilled & professional.( As a bonus, his stories were entertaining.) I would definitely recommend them & will use them again.

Very dishonest.  Dispatcher quoted a price, told driver to use that price, and driver still charged a higher rate.  On top of that he didnt take the quicker expressway in the middle of the night to avoid the tolls.  He lied and said there was construction.  I shouldnt have to argue over 5 dollars when you are told by your boss to quote a certain price.   He hurt his tip big time.
