My name is Eduardo Collins. This dental service doesn't know the word accommodation!! They are just as rude and bent out of shape as the welfare workers. I didn't feel like a valuable customers. It was like they were paying me to be there. I guess I had to go to the back of building to get my teeth cleaned. Avoid with all cost!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Polerecky and City View Dental now for over 15 years. In addition to routine check-ups and cleanings, Dr. Polerecky and staff have handled a cap, a crown and even 2 root canals for me. Before I found City View, this prospect would have scared me to death. The fact is, City View uses all the latest techniques and equipment to produce a nearly pain-free experience. I can't recommend them highly enough. They have my trust entirely.

I've been coming to this dental office for a decade. I first came in an emergency when my old dentist wouldn't see me right away for a broken tooth, so I called City View and they took me in 1st thing the next morning. This was at the old location where there was really a very nice city view at dawn. I really liked how nice the office was, with the music softly playing and the attractive decor and artwork. I was used to very clinical dental offices and it was really calming or soothing, I thought. The current location is also very nice and has the same effect. The staff is very courteous and professional, and my appointments always start on time. For such a nice environment, the charges are well inline with other dentists I've visited in the past that had spartan, mediciney smelling offices. It is next to impossible to forget an appointment at City View, because that always call with a friendly reminder the day before. The insurance paperwork is always handled as smoothly as you could wish, as well. You have to bring quarters to feed the meter here, there is no free parking.

At first I liked going to City View Dental (as much as one can actually enjoy going to the dentist) but in time I felt the quality of care and attention to detail had faltered. I went in with a cavity and a tooth beside it that hurt. He simply filled down the edges of the tooth that hurt which did absolutely nothing to alleviate the pain, & the filling of the cavity that was filled came out the next day also causing a substantial portion of the tooth to break off. And heaven for bid if something comes up and you have to reschedule, Car won't start? have to go pick up your child because they missed the bus? TOUGH. There is no reschedule with out a 24 hour notice. Unless your on your way to the emergency room, you simply can't come back. EVER.
