Great dentist office. I am on a business trip in Omaha for 1 week and have tooth pain. I walked in to Old Market Dental and told them I was in pain and that I needed to have a dentist look at my tooth asap. They took me back within 30 minutes. I was surprised they didn't make me come back at a later time with an appointment. The dentist determined what was causing the throbbing pain and sensitivity pain. They were separate issues. They also emailed me the x-rays to take back home. This will be my go-to dentist for business trips in case of emergencies from now on.

The staff here is great! The paperwork was simple & easy to fill out, there was almost no wait at all. Everyone was extremely professional, & polite, but in a friendly & laid back manner. The facility was really cool, with a downtown lofty vibe. If you live or work in the downtown Omaha area I would HIGHLY recommend this dentistry.

Everyone at Old Market Dental I've encountered has been wonderful. I have felt completely cared for and at ease during every visit I've had, and they of course do a great job. I highly recommend.

I just moved here from Arkansas, and the whole staff made me feel welcomed. Moving from a different state is very difficult, but with Old Market dental was just what I needed. I've have all new doctors in Omaha, and my new dentist is the best one I've met since I've been here. He and his staff are wonderful! See you guys soon!

Dismissive and argumentative are not qualities of any customer service that I'm aware of. I'll be moving on to an office that cares.
