They "guaranteed" the work until I had an issue. They gave a 4 year warranty and when the stucco started cracking 18 months after we had the building painted, they found a way to not take responsibility for the damage. After an $8000 job, they wouldn't stand behind their work. The rep promised to get back to me, but didn't even have the decency to call me and let me know that they will not be repairing this per our contract, I had to chase him down.

A technician for the company came out and quoted me double the price that I was told on the phone and was advertised. When I called Citywide, the man who answered the phone was totally unprofessional. He basically called me a liar and HUNG UP on me.
