Had an appointment with a important client I call this company 20 minutes before I was suppose to leave the office. The dispatch told me to be ready in 5 to 10 minutes. The driver showed up 58 minutes later and  got. Call from my client who was super upset doe not respecting him and his time, canceling this job opportunity :( lost $ 700  in business tonight  and after ,1:49 I arrived at destination to be charged an expensive fee. Are you serious? OMG. so disappointed. Do not take this company's service. They lack Costumer service

Terrible drivers. Just saw one nearly hit a pedestrian, making a right turn against a red arrow. Supervisor's response "we haven't had any calls about him before." Well, you will when he kills someone at that intersection. Good luck. Taking Uber from now on!

Driver literally stole my credit card information in front of me running my card through a skimmer attached to his phone (no it wasn't square) however I was too dumb to even realize what he was doing as I was in a hurry  and handed him another card when he told me it "won't read the card". After returning home from my business trip about two weeks later both of those cards were compromised with fraudulent transactions in KC Missouri taking me for several hundred dollars each becoming apparent he sold the information to some other crooks.  Luckily Wells Fargo caught it and notified me but I'm still waiting my money back while they investigate. They wonder why Uber and Lyft are winning no exchange of credit card info with the driver is much safer...Never again.
