On Friday my young daughter and I had called for a cab after seeing a show. After waiting around an hour we decided to call back to find out what had happened to our cab. The lady explained that she didn't know what had happened and opened another ticket for us. We waited for another 45+ minutes when finally we see a yellow cab driving our way. The cab was filled with people and just continued to drive past us. We figured they were dropping them off then coming to pick us up. We then see the same driver driving up, but he just continued to pass us up and never stopped or come back to pick us up. Our phone had died by this point and we were trapped in golden gate park in the middle of the night/almost early morning. Yellow cab not only owes my daughter and I a serious apology, but I can completely understand the demise of the cab industry all together. I could have easily ordered an Uber or Lyft. But I trusted this cab company over them. And we got completely screwed. It was the worst night of my entire life and I don't even want to start about the trauma this caused my daughter. There are a ton of fowl and disgusting things I'm tempted to say, but I will not lower myself to the level that this company has let me and my daughter down. It's beyond shameful!

I love everyone here! Management is amazing, treats you like family and truly care. Co workers are Amazing too you guys are the best bunch. Happy 4th of July! It's been a pleasure working with and for you guys!

Sorry, guys for the people who complained about my taxi service. To tell you the truth, I'm one of the drivers for the Yellow Cab SF company.  So sorry for the inconvenience that had caused you passengers.  I had spat  on the seats, say rude things, and made fun of my customers, etc. I know that I was a bad example for the company. Again, to apologize, so sorry.

Got a ride out to Millbrae from central city no fare counter going so couldn't see the price got to my destination asked for eftpos clearly there was one available as I saw it, but he told me there was no eftpos/credit card avaliable. Had to pay by cash and he just guessed the price. Which was steep. Felt ripped off.
