Clean facility. They did a good job. The only thing I didn't like is that I made an appointment to go with a friend and we were split up and didn't even get to spend time together while we were there.

Fair job on nails. Polish looks uneven and splotchy. But worst of all was charged almost 40 for 2 broken nails and a balance...if I would have been told before that due to length that was the cost I would have went elsewhere. I have never had to pay extra for length anywhere else...will not return

Came here twice first time I thought it was ok next day my nail broke instantly all I did was pick up an iPad. Second time guy tried to charge 45 for regular acrylic because of the length when it's always the same length I get. Got there at 5 left at 8:10 because a girl had me soak for an hour to do someone who came after me only to tell me that she was leaving. Then the design I wanted looked like a 3 year old did it.  I was basically rushed. Even tho I got the early. Person who ended up doing my nails didn't even finish another lady came to put on top coat because he wanted a pedicure. Had me pay before he did the paint job. Regret even going in.

When I arrived yesterday I was excited to get a full set for my graduation but by the end I wanted to leave in tears. My nail tech argued with me when I asked her not to use a drill on my natural nail, she had to rip my skin from the nail tip after gluing, she took personal calls, and the worst part is she filed so rough she cut my skin open then took the nail file and pressed on the blood the continued to use the nail file and placed it back in her holder to use on a later client and soon after put nail polish remover in the cut. By the end of the service my nails had hurt so bad I wanted to cry. I will never return to CK nails.
