While I don't get my nails done a lot, I've always gone to Nails by Jade. I will never go again. I made appointments 2 weeks ago and was running late because of an accident on my way home from work. I called to let them know I would be a few minutes late and that I was right down the street. Whoever I spoke to said it was fine. When I got there I was advised that I would have to wait at least 30 minutes- I told them I wasn't able to do that and that was the point of making a appointment. The nail tech responded "that's the point of being on time". I could not believe he responded that way to me- I highly doubt that me being 6 minutes late backed them up by 1/2 hour- they likely took walk ins and disregarded the appointments. Never again.

The WORST experience I have ever had at a nail salon!  I told the nail tech what I wanted before we started. She complained the whole time she did my pedicure and decided she didn't want to do the design I wanted for my nails. She then told me to just come back another day. Don't waste your time or money here!

Always have great visit here. Have had Van in the past and I typically schedule appt with "Amy" now. Big shout out to her and or her hubby Tee. They all aim to please!

I walked in for a pedi. Before the services begain i told the man to please be genital with my feet as i have a skin condition where my skin splits and peels easily. He said ok. As he was removing the polish on my toes he pulls my toe back and my skin tears. I was upset because it hurt. And the whole service i was in pain. In nail/cosmetology school you learn about skin conditiond and disorders and not everyone skin type are the same. If a client ask you not to do something then dont do it. But i got them done and i paid and left. It was my first time there and i will never be back and i wont recommends anyone to go to this salon either.i get my toes done every 2-3 weeks and i dont have prombles i just dont like nail techs that dont listen. I have my hair license (stopped into nail salon on my way to second job) and i listen to every client that sits in my chair as i make sure that they are satisfied with the service that they recieve from me. So if the young man didnt listen to what i said then i wonder how many others left unsatisfied. WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS SALON
