My day just isn’t complete without hitting CKO! Along with the new trainers we still see some of the old but with the new we are given new challenges each class! The staff is friendly and welcoming!!! My form has gotten better the way i workout has changed for the better. Charlie isn’t satisfied unless your technique is on point and he will get you there!!!! I cant say enough positive things about this place! Give it a try you wont regret it trust me!!!

I love it there. My sisters and I tried out a couple of fitness classes and all of them lost my interest within 2 weeks. CKO is so much fun- the trainers are awesome, music is great and you really get a great work out. These classes are a great stress reliever and as a college student they're well needed. Every time we're done with a work out we feel awesome. I am so happy I have joined after about 2 years (!!!!!!) of thinking about it.

love this concept, it's 1 hr of your time not wasted....you have a trainer that will push to exercise the right way...you don't get out of the gym without sweating which means it's absolutely effective....the trainers are awesome

My old workout routine was boring and becoming somewhat of a burden.  Then I found CKO through a Groupon offer for an awesome deal.  From the first class, I knew I was taking serious steps to achieve my fitness goals.  It's been two months now and I've lost 20 pounds. I feel amazing!  CKO not only changed my body, but it changed the way I look at fitness.  This is exactly what I needed to get back on track to loving my workout routine (and my body!).
