Amazing gym! Everybody is very friendly and supportive. I joined a little over a month ago and I am having a blast! My trainer Kelly is awesome and very knowledgeable. Both Kelly and Mike always seem excited about helping me achieve my fitness goals. 

In addition, the facilities are spotless clean and there is plenty of street-parking around the gym. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great supportive gym family!

I would 1000% recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for personal training and/or small group training classes. This place is great. I've been going for about three months and I love it. Absolutely no complaints. 
The staff extremely friendly. My trainer is Jesse and she is the best. I receive text throughout my day from Jesse asking how I am doing and giving me motivation to keep pushing. When I train with Jesse, is on the floor with me pushing me. I've had such horrible experiences with other trainers being so distracted at the gym I USED to go to.. you will never have that problem here! The establishment is also very very clean. When I first started the prices were a little higher and I had already signed a contract for 3-4 months, but Mike readjusted my contract to the new lower price without me even asking. That really showed his character and I can say this gym is definitely where I'll staying!

Been going for about a month and love it! The Trainers are great. They switch up the routine for the classes so it’s always something new and challenging!  Plus they take the time to  make sure you are doing the exercise correctly to get the best results, which I’m already seeing.  Would definitely recommend that you give it try!

Stanlaw Fitness is AWESOME! The owner, staff and members are all wonderful. Everyone pushes you to do your best. I look forward to my workouts everyday. I would highly recommend stopping by and giving them a try. You won't regret it!

I recently signed up for a weight loss challenge at Stanlaw Fitness. The classes are great and the entire staff is not only friendly but so motivating. I did a few personal training sessions with Kelly and she is amazing! They are very professional and the place is spotless. I would highly recommend Stanlaw Fitness to anyone looking to either get back into their workout routine or to begin their fitness journey!
