I assume Judge Steels a biased man hater because she upheld a bogas protection order because I scratched and made the complainant bleed while defending myself from her attack. Those were her exact words! I even told her during the hearing it could be my blood! I also had the entire event on video. At first she wanted to view it, but then changed her mind and just handed down the continuation... This will definitely be forwarded for complaint and review of judge Steels decision. Mr Mall, your guilty because you were protecting yourself from her violent outburst and scratched her... Wyd is that about, complete moron!!!

Upon asking questions on a sticky note when submitting my son’s yearly guardianship papers, I received a phone call from an unidentifiable female (she didn’t tell me her name) who called me to answer my questions. Apparently she didn’t like my frustrated questioning of the process, because I am supposed to remember once a year when my report is due, what papers I should fill out, and exactly where I should send them (address specific to guardianship). I was late submitting because I didn’t remember the exact date it is due and I am not sent a reminder, just a late notice to my attorney. The female who called me spoke in a snotty voice, told me I could find someone else to be the guardian of my son, and I should know when it’s due. I told her I would try to do better, but didn’t appreciate her talking to me so snotty. She hung up on me! Very unprofessional. Wish I knew her name so I could let her supervisor know how she spoke to me when she called me.

All I can say is that I hope you don't need anything important when you call, these women are NOT helpful in the least, they seem impatient and bothered, not willing to provide information AT ALL. Like pulling teeth to get any one of them to give help about their website, I finally told one of them "forget it, I'll just figure it out on my own," and she was perfectly fine with that, couldn't be bothered to offer any help. Get another job if you're so damn miserable.

Three stars for the historic building! 0 stars for customer service and -2 stars for prosecuting attorney's who are like dog poop you accidentally step into they all stink and they're super annoying nobody likes them not even their wives most of them end up divorced.

i had forgot to call in for jury summons and was trying to find out if i was in any kind of trouble but after 2 hours of endless automated voices everything had closed by then
