Another great haircut today by Heather.  I have baby-fine thinning hair, and she knows just what to do to give me a good cut/style!  I would definitely recommend Claiborne's to others!

Michele has been styling my hair for years. She always gives me a great cut and does lovely color as well.  I love the fact that she always takes the time to listen to me and gives me exactly the look I want.  She is very knowledgeable, thorough and does a great job.  I highly recommend her!!  She great at updo's and makeup too.

Needed to schedule a quick dry cut and was told Michelle could do it for me. The minute I sat down, Michelle said in order to do a good job on my hair, she needed to be able to shampoo, cut, blow dry, and cut my hair again. I said I would prefer not to at this time. She continued pressuring me, so I said if she didn't feel comfortable, then I could get someone else to do it. She said "no, I'm going to do it now". She then shampooed my hair and cut off double the amount of hair we agreed on- making a drastic change that I didn't ask for. She then continued pressuring to blow dry and told me how much more money she could charge me for doing so. It was rude and unprofessional. I had to sit there and justify myself, explaining all the reasons why I just wanted the quick dry cut that I had scheduled and I've never had a hair stylist try to argue with me like this. She then says, well then I can get you to blow dry it yourself and when I said no, she proceeded to start blow drying my hair. Beyond frustrated, I said can we please just be done and I left. People have noticed my hair change because I never get it cut so short and I've had to explain this experience.

First time with Michele but not at Clairbourne's. My old stylist left due to having a baby 8 months ago & I tried 2 places & here I'm back trying out another stylist At Clairbourne's. OMG! I got my hair back! TY Michele 😍 She was great explained everything in detail for me. I love that I have found a new stylist. Met my expectations and so much more!

I want to thank Claibornes for taking care of myself but mostly for taking care of my mother and doing her hair for 35 years. You guys are family....so thanks. Oh and thank u Heather....i love my hair. You r fantastic!!!!
