Went here after they had been open for a while. Was anxious to see and taste what all the hype was about. My daughter and I went for my birthday. We were seated and forgot. We tried to flag down someone, to no avail. After 20 minutes, we left and I will NEVER support this establishment.

I took a very good friend to the Claim Jumper's in Palmdale, Ca. For Lunch and the Server/Bar Keeper got Both our Orders Wrong! He Never Even Offered to Help With the Order Until After we were Finished..... He Never Even Came Back to our Table to Inquire if Our Meals were OK! The Place Wasn't even Busy! Poor Service and Ignored While we were there..... I was Very Embarrassed to say the Least! I Don't Believe I'll be coming back..... Even though I have Several Gift Cards for Claim Jumper's! Very Disappointing!!

It's always a really good experience! Good food, good service & a nice atmosphere! Reasonably priced! It's 1 of our 'go to' restaurants! We highly recommend it...

The food was good, but the service was not. The waiter was slow in refilling my coffee and water.

Went for veterans dinner and was insulted by waiter. Hostess asked how many vet's we told her she gave us the menus. When the waiter came to the table he asked me to prove it to him because as he said" I see your hat but then anyone can buy a hat" so again I showed my ID. I noticed he never asked any other table to prove it to him. People were being told about hour wait yet the entire back half of the place was empty...by my count on our side maybe 20 tables. There is no excuse for this kind of treatment to its customers.
