it was my first time coming here and the experience was a disgrace!! We ordered our food and 1 hour later it never came! We asked our waitress if there was a reason for the delay all she said the food should be coming up. Waited 20 more minutes and food still never showed up! I asked to speak to a manager and the manager never showed up! I asked for my check and all the waitress said was you guys are good. No apology no nothing! Thanks a lot Red Robin Gourmet Burgers for waisting my time and leaving my daughter waiting for her non-existing meal.. Definitely will never go to your restaurants again

Food was perfect. I ordered my fries well done and they came the way I specifically asked them to be. I know it sounds odd but i like them so well done they are almost burnt. I usually have to send them back at least once. The new vegi burger was soooo good ....amazing flavors. Stephen was our waiter tonight and he was chipper and friendly and very accommodating.

The burger options are vast, you’ll be bound to get just the right one for you. Definitely get the endless fries. Good luck in eating tons. Only downside is it’s at the mall. Hate the traffic.

I will be going back obviously because it's Red Robin. I just feel like the service there is a little rushed like they're trying to get you out asap. And if I wanted that I would get fast food. I love the burgers and fries!

I love this place, one of the best hamburgers places in the antelope valley for sure. I wish it was a standalone building but its not too much of a problem. The staff is quick and respectful, and the bar is not too bad. I will definitely go back.
