I'm very, very, very, very, very Disappointed in this Police Department. On March 7th, I had a Home Invasion in Pomona, because some idiot was being chased by the Claremont Police and now a WHOLE month later, I haven't been given the Police report. This city isn't releasing the report yet, meanwhile my insurance company won't release ANY HELP to fix my home. All IDIOTS...!!!!!!!!!!

These are the most professional cops in California! I find it strange to hear myself tell others how much I love these cops... They restored my hope that this broken system can be fixed. I can honestly say these officers care about their people in their community and they prove it by treating you with the most basic respect for your life. They are caring, optimistic, and treat you as if you were their neighbor and not your dog's chew toy. They made me feel like I could be like them - maybe not a cop, but a good honest person, and I will try to make them proud of me. I wish every kid in America could have this as a set example to follow like the City of Claremont's kids have with their Police Officers. I think I would have turned out differently if I was raised around cops like this… Each officer you interact with this police station, from the time of your arrest until your release, puts every single penny of their taxpayer funded salaries to meaningful work. I have just one complaint! That is, I don't think it's right for the Claremont Police Department to hoard all of America's finest people in their department! We would like to see them share their resources with everyone else! A special thank you to: Officer Curiel Badge# 003440, Officer Thompson or (Johnson) Badge# 003678, The Lady Lieutenant who's badge sparkled so bright that I couldn't see her name tag! You are a perfect role model for all young women... keep up the good work. And a special thank you to all the officers I didn't get a chance to get your names. The rank and file of this police department should have their badge numbers engraved in gold, it takes real American integrity to have such a great police force. I think it's a very important part of police work to show the wrong doers that there is a big difference between good and evil. Of course, not all situations are like mine, I wasn't running out of a store with a gun… and didn't get treated as if that was the case either. Thank you for your service and may the Lord always keep you safe. Very impressed and grateful to meet some of the good guys - Danny T.
