We love this theater. It's small and a little bit hidden so there usually aren't crowds. The snacks and drinks are cheaper. The employees are nice and always seem happy. I think ticket prices might be about the same as those corporate movie places or a little cheaper. Either way Laemmle's is a much better experience.

A wonderful experience that will stick with me for a bit. Friendly staff, excellent service and very clean all around! If you’re in Claremont and haven’t gone to the Laemmles’s, then you are cheating yourself out of a classy experience of a bygone time when theaters were the portals to other worlds and they were incredible!

Absolutely love this theatre. It will remind you of what it was like in the 70's and 80's before the mega sized theatres. We enjoy the downtown Claremont area to walk b around after the show. The only criticism is the parking.

Great place to catch a flick. Screens a lot of foreign films, documentaries, and art house films that you'll be hard-posed to catch on the big screen. Also extend the usual blockbusters, of course. Friendly staff. They let you bring in your coffee from the Coffee Bean across the way!

Always have loved coming here. Nice little theater that still has the old school going-to-the-movies vibe. My only complaint is they don’t show more of the indie movies that come out; wish they would, & not be too consumed in offering only blockbusters. Have more of a variety like you used to.
