The best apt I've ever lived. Very quiet (probably due to that it is a concrete building). Friendly staff and quick maintenance. I had to move because I found a new job, the apt I'm living now sucks. This makes me miss Claridge house even more...

Moving out after many years. This apartment building is a great location - five minutes to Silver Spring, ten minutes to Bethesda, and a five minute drive to the Metro. Apartments are large and well maintained. Utilities included. Staff is always helpful and repairs are usually done without any hassle. Only complaint is if you have windows that face the back of the building, you will hear the noise from the trucks working at the landscaping yard - not fun when they start at 6:00AM. But overall, a very good place to live.

Good but not that good. It is too noisy in the 1st floor. If you want to live here, move above 1st floor. The lobby was good and very quiet.
