Clark's called to reconfirm the appointment about 15 minutes prior, and Robby showed up on time to do our Clark's Club seasonal maintenance. Courteous and friendly and very professional. I had  casually mentioned to him that I needed to have my washer/dryer hoses replaced. Robby pulled out his phone and within minutes, Tim and Doug from the Plumbing side of Clark's showed up!  Ten minutes later, we have all new hoses for the washer/dryer. Bing Bang Boom! Done!  Clark's always goes  the extra mile -- listening to their customer's needs and taking care of them. We always receive THE BEST SERVICE in the River Region.  Robbie, Tim and Doug,  YOU ROCK!

I discovered a drain issue under my house and any option to relocate my elderly bedbound Mother could not be considered therefore it was crucial that my problem be resolved as soon as possible.  I called Clark’s late in the day on a Friday.  The 2 technicians that came out, Marcus and Jeremy, were awesome.  They were very professional and polite and corrected the issue without hesitation to keep my house operating through the weekend.  Additional work to decontaminate an area in the crawl space was necessary.  During this time, both Marcus and Mr. Clark called to offer advise and support.  After the crawl space was corrected, Marcus and Jeremy came back and inspected the area to assure that my issue was thoroughly resolved.  I can’t say enough good things about the customer service that I received from these two technicians.

I have used Clark Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing many times over the years and have always experienced a quick response and reasonable prices.

A couple of days ago (Friday, March 31), I had a situation at my home involving the heater, which needed to be looked into right away. After I called Clark to describe my situation, I received 2 separate visits that same day by Robby and Marcus.

They both took their time investigating the problem, and then explaining it to me. They were polite and did not try to upsell me to more expensive products. Although no work was performed that day, I did not receive a bill from either of them for the service call. (Which, I'm assuming, is a benefit to being a member of the "Clark Club".)

I feel comfortable recommending Clark.

********** Update: Nov 16, 2017 ********

Early yesterday morning my kitchen sink sprayer hose sprung a leak. I called Clark's right at their opening time and arranged for someone to come out and fix it for me. Tim and Doug arrived right on time (about 8 a.m.). They quickly determined that the leak was due to an o-ring that had gone bad, and replaced it with a new one. They were courteous, and the invoice for their service call included my 15% discount due to my membership with Clark's. I'm still happy to recommend them.

We have used Clark for both plumbing and fixing the A/C and we were very satisfied. We were just told about their A/C annual servicing which seems like a good price, much better than the competition. Great customer service by Robby (A/C) and I can't remember the plumbers' names but they were exceptional as well. Clark is our go-to.

Marcus and Jeremy came out today and checked out some (we thought) faulty faucets/valves.  They checked out everything quickly and efficiently. They are always super nice, as a wonderful bonus.  We have been very satisfied since switching to Clark's a few years ago for air/heat and plumbing.  Thanks again, guys!
