Clark III S William MD

I have had nothing but great experiences everytime I have been to the office. 2 of my children go to this office I drive 2 hours one way to get there but it is worth the drive. Both the doctors and all the nurses are great with the kids. I have been given the option of I wanted to transfer them somewhere closer but I have decided that I will keep going to them.

*WARNING* The worst wait to see a doctor in my life. We have been taking our 1 year old daughter here since she was a couple months old as this was the only place we could find that would see a child so young. She has a hemangioma over her eye. Not once but all 4 times my wife has been to see this "Doctor" it has been a 3.5 to 4 hour wait past our appointment time. Not including the two hour drive one way to get there. The staff are rude and unaccommodating. If your appointment is at 12pm you can expect to see the "Doctor" at 330 or 4pm. After this last visit and sitting in the waiting the room for almost 3 hours my wife was finally sent to a room in the back where she sat for over an hour and saw no one other than the nurse that took her to the back room.  My wife called me very upset. I than called and spoke to the office manager and let them know that this was unacceptable and she even concurred. It says something to people when you have permanent signs up explaining that you are "running behind." I explained to them that we would not be coming back here and that I would be filing a complaint with the medical board as well as the BBB and consumer affairs. After all this the "Doctor" sends a letter to my pediatrician back in Statesboro claiming that we violated the "Family code of ethics" and that they would "no longer see my daughter." Really? That's like trying to fire someone after they quit. These people are idiots. Go somewhere else if you can.

Dr Clark has been treated my family for years and we all feel that he does a good job, however be prepared to wait a good long time.

I'm here seeing Dr. Clark to get a piece of trash out of my left eye that has been in there for 2 or 3 months.  WOW.  Just got it out. Feeling a 1000 times better.
