We are beyond thrilled with the service we receive from Rebecca at Clark Insurance.  Not only does she take care of us and our needs behind the scenes, she educate us on what insurance we need as our family changes.  She has been with Clark for 17 years and is just a cracker jack agent!!

I had originally purchased two auto policies through Progressive from from the Clark Insurance Portland location. My experience with Matt was phenomenal. However, I recently called the Saco location as I was informed that the representative had changed. My goal was to purchase a simple liability policy. I spoke with Kelly and she basically told me that I had a "bunch of cancellations and non payments" on my previous policies (news to me). I asked for more information and she refused to give it to me. "You should just go direct. Have a nice day." was the general tone. At this point I felt insulted. So I bought direct and paid in full. LOL.
