I've been working with Michelle and her office, particularly Carrie, for a few years now. They are absolutely amazing. They respond promptly and thoroughly, and they always have your best interests in mind. They actually talk to you to understand your needs and recommend the best products for YOU and your situation.

We've worked with many insurance agents over the years, and there's a reason why we're willing to travel ~1 hour roundtrip to work with Michelle's team.

I have been working with Michelle Raber's State Farm Insurance office for more then 10 years.  Most recently, while I was out of state, I decided to open certificates of deposit with State Farm Bank which involved an individual retirement account rollover from a credit union.  I contacted Michelle to assist with these transactions. Although Michelle could have had her staff perform the work, she worked with me directly.  Unfortunately, the institution that was transferring the funds did so incorrectly but Michelle picked up the ball and made things right to resolve my concerns.  These days it is difficult to find a business that still believes the "customer is king" but Michelle has the skill, ability and knowledge to take on a challenge with a smile.  I would not hesitate to recommend her office.

Michelle really looks after her clients well! Since my wife and I moved to Maine several years ago, so many changes have happened in our lives from getting married to buying a new car, buying a home and starting a family. With all these developments come so many financial necessities that need navigating, and Michelle was right there with us. 

When we negotiated a great deal for a new car, she had a check ready for us the same day for our car loan, and our insurance was transferred from the old car without a hiccup. When we bought a house, she helped us work with State Farm's mortgage division and the check from them was seamlessly waiting for us on the closing day.

Michelle met with us to discuss our Life Insurance options when we became parents, giving us the peace of mind that our son will always be taken care of, no matter what life throws our way. More recently, we were invited to her office to discuss our retirement plans, and thank goodness we did! Right in time for filing tax returns we were able to take full advantage of our retirement contributions. She has this great calculator that shows you exactly what you need for your retirement. It's definitely worth a visit to her office.

Michelle's got a great way of dealing with people. She makes sure you understand all the information available so you can make an informed decision about your own life from insurance to financial health. Thank you Michelle!

Michelle is the BEST!! I only have great things to say about Michelle Raber and State Farm. I know that she has my best interest in mind when she recommends her insurance products to me. I trust her judgment and frequently ask her advice and tell her that I will do whatever she thinks is best for me. I don't have to research it or ask others, I trust her opinion. She is great at what she does, which is selling the best policy for the client's needs. Thank you for handling all my insurance needs
