Friendly professional staff!  Glen, Joe, Tammy and Chris have all been with Clark/Mr. TIRE for years.  They take care of all 5 of my cars, from oil changes to  the hard mechanical fixes.

Had van towed to them for repairs he ask for my name and phone number then said he would get back to me. I went back a few hours later to see if he had looked at it and he gave me quote. Quote was too high for me ($110 an hour) so I got another quote (half his price). Called AAA to take it to other shop and they called Clark tire to see if there was a balance. They said $104. I was never told of this fee and signed no paper work. I had to pay this to get my van out. In my 40 years of driving, I have never been charged a diagnostic or quote fee. If I would if known this I would of took it to a more honest company.

I received what I thought was good service from this branch, but recently when I went to do a big service which included transmission fluid change, they told me I urgently needed brake pads as they were over 90% worn. I didn't proceed and then about a month later I went to the Morganton branch where I usually go and they checked and told me there was no urgency in replacing the pads and I could go at least two more services before even considering. It's left me with doubts.

Been going to this location for a few years.  Issues and maintenance with my vehicles have been handled expertly.  No unnecessary charges or extra work charged.
