These guys have always been straight up with me and gave him a pretty good prices for the services. Best place in town to get your rotors turned. Alignment services are excellent as well and usually best price in town. Most of the time they're quick efficient and polite.

Precision Tune Auto Care provides quality service to ensure things are done right the first time. The staff is knowledgeable, thorough, and polite. They create a sense of sincerity in helping the customer with whatever problems they are having with their car. Bam and his team are quality professionals at the services they provide and they show care and appreciation for the customers.

I have multiple reasons why I would NOT recommend Precision Tune. I feel a rating of 1 is still too high for the service I received. 
Issue #1)When I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation everything was fine. They told me my oil was very low and I had a leak in my oil pan gasket. They wanted to charge me over $200 to replace it. I told them I'd wait on replacing the part and just to change the oil. When I looked on my own to replace the part I was told my vehicle did not have an oil pan gasket. 
Issue #2) After leaving and driving about 10/15 miles I could tell something was wrong with my car. It was shuddering and sputtering unlike anything it's ever done. After having someone else do a diagnostic check they found multiple cylinder misfires and the serpentine belt was extremely loose. All issues that were not a problem before I took my vehicle to have the oil changed. 
Issue #3) When I called to bring this to the manager Bam's attention, he tried to tell me it was coincidence but he could run a diagnostic check, which he wanted to charge me for.  I explained that I already knew what was wrong with it but wanted to know what he was planning on doing to resolve the issue. He then started to get a very disrespectful attitude and insinuated I did not know what I was talking about. 
Issue#4) When I spoke to Amanda, the district  manager, I pretty much got the same response. No one wanted to take responsibility for any of the issues I'm having with my vehicle that I did not have before. She again offered to do a diagnostic check. Someone explain to me how I'm suppose to take my vehicle to have a diagnostic check done when I can't even get my car out of my driveway. 
I honestly feel like they saw a woman walk in by herself and instantly thought $$$$. Needless to say, I WILL NOT be back!

I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for the brakes to be inspected / pads to be replaced. They were very thorough in their inspection and recommended a pad and rotor replacement after discussing the pros/cons of recutting the rotor. Given the corrosion due to Michigan winters, I went full replacement at a very reasonable price. The management team provided excellent communication throughout the process. My only suggestion is to get there as soon as they open as they fill up shop quickly.

Brought my vehicle in today for an oil change and a new tire. Within minutes, they ripped off my inner door handle. Had to wait about 3 hours for the part to arrive.
They did not replace my tire and claim it should be fine. 
Leave the shop, find out my entire front end is out of line. Bring it back, they rotate the tires and push me out the door. 
Same problem when I drive. 

Took it to a different shop immediately. 
Found out the broke a stud off on my driver's side tire. 

Do not recommend.
