Bad customer service from one of the employees here as I asked if they carried a specific style from the actual Clark's store that my mother purchased and he told me "no, if you saw a style at one of the actual Clark Stores than that means we don't carry it here because we are the outlet and they are the store." I will let all of you guys know that he lied! I ended up finding 3 pairs of the same shoe that my mother bought at the actual Clark store, here at this outlet AND I found the same flat that I purchased the same day I went with my mom at the actual store here in this outlet as well. So in the end, the associate did not resolve my questions and was not courteous or helpful at the time of looking for shoes. On the other hand, when I went up to the register to pay for the shoes, the cashier who helped me was very nice, very helpful and had a professional attitude towards us when asking us if we found everything we were looking for. Overall this place gets 2 stars from me.

They have great shoe very comfortable. 2 stars for the price is tooooooo high price tag says Compare at $90.00 Our price $89.99 LOL. So I bought same shoe for $69.99 at DSW and even got $10 for next purchase.

I like Clark shoes. However, this outlet is horrible. I recently purchased two pairs of shoes at the store to have them delivered for my wife and I to our home because they didn't have our sizes in stock. For the purchase we used my wife's punch card to get $30 off the purchase. Unfortunately, when the shoes came in the mail neither pair fit us, though they were very nice shoes. We decided to return the purchases and were reimbursed our money, but the administrator refused to give us the points back ($30 in points) that we had used on the purchase. She was a disagreeable, rude, demeaning individual with poor customer service and math skills. HORRIBLE! I will no longer purchase from this outlet. I traveled into Boston, near Faneuil Hall and found a completely different customer experience with friendly sales associates and equally nice, if not better, shoes. This was such a bad experience that we prefer losing the $30 than having to deal with this intimidating and vile individual.

I bought a pair of shoes for my daughter from this outlet store, but one of them was falling apart in just a little over one month. It was clearly a defect, if you compare with the other one. I went to the store to see if they can fix or exchange it, but was told there was nothing they can do. I was very disappointed.

I would like to start off saying that I love Clark shoes. I visited your outlet store today in Somerville, MA and the service I received couldn't have been worse. Unfortunately this isn't the first time I went into this store and got horrible service. I walked over to the kids area looking for sandals for my 2 year old. There was a gentlemen standing there whom never acknowledged me so I asked if he works there. He didn't even bother to make eye contact and answered me yes as he looked away. I said I am looking for toddler shoes so he pointed with his finger toward the boys section not toddler. I walked to the front of the store frustrated and there were two pairs of shoes on window display that I wanted to see if they had in Stock. Another gentlemen directed me to the back of the store to talk to the same unhelpful person I had dealt with few minutes ago. This time the manager (older lady)was standing next the the guy doing signage and pretty much dismissed the guy telling her I needed help. She finally said yeah I can look to see if we have them I stock. During this time another employee comes from the back saying he quit, he isn't coming back, this place is miserable and swearing. I wait about 8 min for manager to tell me if shoes were in Stock. She never returned so I asked the guy to go check and he gave me such a look and said she is looking. I said it's been almost 10 min so he returned saying they don't have them. I head to register to see if cashier can look them up and she was so sweet (jessica). She went in the back and couldn't find the size I was looking for but came back with two pairs i liked and I bought them both. I only did that because she truly made sure to help me. I manage a large group of people and I worked in retail a management for many years. I can say without hesitation that this store has the absolute worst staff I have ever come across. Everyone seems miserable and so rude. Who hires these people? Is there even any training done? the management sucks too. I will actually return my purchase because i regret giving them my money.
