Staff is unfriendly and not willing to help. My product had a defect and one of the staff would not acknowledge it and gave me no solution. Bad service

It is still overrated to give one star. I bought a pair of shoes on June 6 to mail to me. I called this store on June 15 to inquire my order, I have called the number on my receipt for almost two hours until someone answered my call. The clerk told me she will help me check and call me back. However I waited whole afternoon no one call me back, so I went to this store. We I came to there they actually help me check my order, and during these days they even don't start to prepare my order. What makes me so disappointed is there is no any reasonable explanation for it and only say sorry with a poker face.

This is a great place to shop at for shoes. It's nice and clean, it has friendly and helpful staff, it has a wide range of shoes and accessories as well. When I purchase shoes for my son, this is the only place where I get shoes from. Nor are prices expensive nor cheap. They are priced well. Great location to shop at.

Good sales and discounts. They carry more size options than the Assembly outlet store, and the staff is attentive and nice.
