Busses don't show up a lot.  Sometimes they skip huge parts of thier route, especially route 8 on the last few runs.

A lot of good drivers. Safe and friendly. But also sometimes unreliable and no change or change cards are provided. Buses are also late daily. Dispatcher will ignore calls from time to time and will tell you that a bus is on the way when it as already passed. Overall, a good system but underperforming for a city of over 150,000 people. Many parts of the city are not served by CTS. Plan ahead

Buses consistently run late and trying to Val in to check on the routes is nearly impossible sometimes. I know small town transit is bad but this gets ridiculous.

I'm happy to be offered this service. I lost my license(ugh). They pick me up and drop me off quite close to where I need to be my only issue is the fact that they don't give change like really any other city I've been to gives you a change card what's so difficult about that? I don't get it.
