Staff is friendly and helpful. One worker made sure I received a veteran discount. It's pretty decent and clean. There is plenty of seats when you have to wait for your bus. One time the bus was extremely late, however. But for the most part, it runs pretty smoothly.

I had an horrible experience with Greyhound at the beginning of my trip from Atlanta to Chicago traveling with my 3 kids and wife. Buses were late, drivers were rude and staff ignored me, but when I got in to Nashville the tall Manager or Supervisor I believe he said his name was John was so awesome. He gave my kids some snacks and was very helpful with my family and every one else while dealing with some upset passengers. He was very professional. He was able to calm everybody down and explain what was going on instead of being rude like Atlanta a** holes. I just want to mention him for being so understanding & helpful. Thx John!!!

Not horrible, but could be better. I felt pretty safe, although I was at the station during the day time. There were sketchy figures, but I didn't have any problems. The building was renovated and pretty clean. The staff wasn't the nicest and the labelling of boarding doors was not existent. I wasn't sure which line I needed to be in to board. Also, given rhe volume of travelers, the station felt small. On the bright side, there was a competent acting security guard on duty as well. Finally, the station is almost always PACKED, with no available seats or easily accessible walkways.

Although I appreciate Greyhound taking care of my travel needs...the customer service at EVERY station is HORRIBLE! I think you all should train your associates to consider that people are traveling a long way from home for probably the first time and may not know everything they should do as far as getting their bags checked etc. I understand you all live by time...but a little patience will make a big difference.

I took my first Greyhound trip back in the summer of 2017. It was much nicer than what I expected. I was able to purchase food Irma which was actually pretty good, and the counter staff was very nice and friendly.
