I called the store today 12/31/2017 to ask two questions. The person who answered the phone did not answer my first question instead she said the store was not open and hung up. The posted times on the website for Sunday are 11:00am to 6;00pm. There was also a note that the hours may  be different for New Year’s Eve.  When I called the store there was no options for a recorded message with the change in hours.  Below are the questions I was trying to ask. 

(1) Is Oliver’s wine on sale today?
(2) What are the store hours for today?

The person who answered the phone did not answer my first question before hanging up so I was not able to ask the second question.  When she told me that the store was not open she did not offer to tell me the store hours for today.

This is unacceptable customer service since I called at 11:10am and the posted store hours at 11:00am.

Relatively small store. They have a good assortment to choose from though.

This Class VI store highlighting the products of Kentucky's Artisanal as well as larger producers is why the rating is high.  
IF you find you were rushed on the Bourbon or Wine Trail .. look here for some of the results you tasted as part of the tours!

Hope they continue annual on post Bourbon event !

Adequate. If you have time, Liquor Barn way more selection, tap station for growlers and a wine tasting bar.
