I had a very unpleasant visit here at this store. Not only did a guy named Rob call me and my friend crackers, but he wasn’t being professional with customer service either. I was still polite with him and tried to redirect myself with someone else that worked there and was still getting harassed and nothing was being done about it. This man was even on his phone watching a little girl get rapped and laughed about it right in front us.. I find that very disturbing for I had my 1 year old niece with me at the time!! 
            I had called the corporate manager and he said he would take care of the issue by firing the man, but in fact, didn’t even do anything. Especially since I had it on video! 
            It is TRUE how this place falsely advertise getting a “free TV” with a bedroom set for its hidden in the price of the bedroom set. I would be aware of this for I had a friend that worked there. Not only do they scam people, but as a customer, I have been laughed at and had it brought up to my attention that they scam us. 
            This is outrageous for I will not come back to this store and I will make sure that EVERYONE here in Radcliff and e-town know of this situation and tell them not to give them any service. I was mistreated as well as my friend for all we did was walk in the store and ask business questions!

Great place to buy furniture! I needed a new living room suit n a bed. Talked to Rob Caldwell and he not only gave me a great deal but he also gave me great customer service. I will definitely be back and I definitely recommend them!

Came in today looking for a bedroom set. Rob (our salesman) was amazing. Got us exactly what we wanted and for a great price! I love this place. They always have what were looking for and for amazing prices!!

Poor follow up. After ordering a sectional that was too large (I confirmed the measurements before I paid and was given the wrong info) I ordered a smaller one and was told that I'm not getting any money back because the difference in the 2 is the same as what they are charging to deliver the new one. EVEN THOUGH THE 2ND SECTIONAL HAS 2 PARTS INSTEAD OF 3. Now instead of getting the deliver this week like I was told last Saturday I'm waiting until next week. I was told I would get a call with an update on whether my delivery could be moved up and no one called. If you want any information on your order or delivery you have to reach out to them because they will not call you back.

Was provided an amazing deal by Rob on a sectional and mattress!! Couldn't have asked for better customer service! Recommend this place to all family and friends. Definitely my go to furniture store!
