I was very lucky to meet and deal with Ivan at Classic Audi when I decided to go browse for an Audi. It was beyond my wildest expectations that I would be leasing an Audi (considering this was my first time leasing y own car), and Ivan made it happen! He is very informed about all of the models and made it so simple and such a pleasure when choosing what was right for me. From test driving to answering any questions, Ivan was always available and went above and beyond. He got me the best deal possible,  lower than what I had initially negotiated, which was such a pleasant surprise. I am in love with the Audi we found for me and would go nowhere else but to Ivan when I get my next car. He always follows up to make sure I am happy with the car. Even days later, when I needed help with the blue-tooth he had me come in and took the time to explain all of the functions to me again. He knows his stuff! Informed, professional, reliable and a true European gentleman! A++

On the positive side they're not pushy and they are no nonsense  - on the negative side, they barely have any cars on their lot and feel no urgency to bring one from their storage lot for a test drive.  

On Wednesday morning  I saw one car on the lot which was already sold so I was not able to test drive it. I was told they would get me a car by the afternoon or next day at the latest.  Next day I called to see what was happening and the person who took my call told me that the sales person was not in and I should call back first thing Friday and maybe they could get me a car by Saturday.  It's not that I am not willing to wait a few hours - its that after 4 days and several calls and emails I have not heard back from anyone other than the reply to my google review.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Classic Audi for 25+ years since my schools days.  Despite living in NYC and only a few blocks from another Audi dealer, I always come back to Classic Audi because of the hard working and dedicated team working there.  Both the Sales (Tim/Ivan) and Service department (Jeff/Connie) are professional and welcoming. More importantly they make customers feel like an important part of the Audi family.

Tim and Ivan in the Sales Department are extremely knowledgeable, even down to deep technical questions, which shows their commitment to truly understanding their product as well as being able to impart that information clearly to their customers.  Very rarely have I personally encountered this much commitment.  In addition, they are willing to share their knowledge in an un-hurried and non-pressured manner.  When it gets to sales, they are straight forward….which is rare and refreshing:  no extraneous extras or undisclosed fees, and the numbers are always accurate. In short, the Sales organization is a pleasure to deal with through out the entire sales process.

The Service Department led by Jeff and Connie is equally impressive. They too are extremely informed and knowledgeable.  In addition, their service is quick, accurate and well done.  I have never had to return to have a service “re-done”.  They do it right the first time and they take pride in their job.  In addition they have established a pleasant environment if you chose to wait while for your car to be serviced.

In my opinion Classic Audi is a great dealership and has raised the bar well above other dealerships. We may have done some window-shopping elsewhere, but when the time comes to consider a new car, my family has always come back to Classic Audi and I frequently recommend the dealership to friends and coworkers.

I visited this dealer already three times and I have to wait for long time and every time I leave without buying the car. Several salesman reading news on the computer but did not provided services because later on they had appointments. I understand, but if you are not doing anything, work. Extremely disappointed

update 
after 2-3 visits, finally I did an appointment. The service was great. Then, the lesson is make an appointment. No appointment no service
